Get to know the Role:
Partner Communication Associate have role and responsibility for:
- Create & design communication materials with easy language for drivers
- Provide clear information with interesting design about TPI and all the programs
The day-to-day activities:
- Creating engagement communications
- Working with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and identifying simple language that drivers understand
- Create supporting communication material/media (posters, banner, video, audio, etc)
- Being a part of team to evaluate communication material
- Work with another parties (dept/partners/external) in preparing & development communication material
- Counter negative issues about company by creating clear communication
- Create and implement tailored communication based on project owner
- requirements.
- Responsible for calculating profit and loss every communication budgeting for effective communication
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields
- Good attention to details
- Proactive, fun, energetic, and creative.
- Familiar with audio, design, and video software
- Enjoy challenging yourself to learn new ideas, concepts and topics.
- Having digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and
- emerging technologies.
- A solid understanding of design copy and web practices.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Having experienced working in transportation company specially in handling driver is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in communication field and designing communication material
