Get to know our Team:
 

GrabExpress Operations Team is in charge of optimizing rider performance, sender behavior, product configurations, and more with the overall goal of creating a more reliable user experience for senders, riders, and partners.

GrabExpress Operations Team also guardrails the vertical’s financial performance while making strategic decisions and bets to achieve business objectives on growth and or profitability.
 


Get to know the Role:
 

This FTE is expected to effectively lead and manage key programs and projects in collaboration with various functions and departments.

This FTE is expected to maintain strong quantitative and qualitative awareness of the vertical’s business performance and user experience.


The day-to-day activities:
 

  • Monitoring and analysis of business and user metrics.
  • Opportunity seeking for new and programs to improve vertical performance.
  • Cross-functional project management and reporting.
  • Heavy collaboration with support functions and counterparts in different verticals.
  • FGDs, in-depth interviews, surveys, meetings, negotiations, and even townhalls with all users in our platform (senders, riders, partners).

The must haves:
 

  • College graduate
  • 1-4 years of experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Python, SQL, R is a plus
