OPERATION MANAGER

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position leads, directs, and controls the day-to-day activities of manufacturing team to achieve the short and medium-term operating objective aligned with entire products supply. This position is responsible for activities such as maintenance, quality control, engineering, production.

Work at: VSIP II - Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

· Analyzing and improving organizational processes

· Report and following capacity strictly

· Closely work with regional operation manager and sales team to evaluate and measure sales performance to meet or exceed business goals.

· Provide in-depth analysis reports as well as action plan to improve performance,

· Setting production plan and ensure the delivery schedule for customers.

· Checking of raw material and spare parts on the production line.

· Having cost – Effective way

· Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

· Develop operations plans to achieve targets

· Allocate labor and capital resources to achieve both effectiveness and efficient of the manufacturing team.

· Research, evaluate and recommend investment in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the factory’s production capabilities.

· Develop and lead implementation of new manufacturing excellence initiatives, including lean manufacturing principles; organization structure; production systems and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practice.

· Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional managers to ensure that the factory meets it’s established targets and standards for both short and long team.

· Work closing with Teams such as Planning, Purchasing , Product Developing , Warehouse , Sourcing …..

-        More than 7 years experienced in manufacturing environment in international company

-        University degree: BA , industrial management  or  Engineering

-        Lean knowledge

-        Communication, leadership

-        Planning, logistic, negotiate, manufacture.

-        Communicate fluently in English (refer Cantonese or Chinese)
