Job requirement

  • Follow up the air & sea import-export shipments.
  • Make the Bill
  • Make the debit note
  • Make payment request
  • Work with carriers, airline to get booking , send booking to customer, send pre-alert to agent… follow-up shipment
  • Receive A/N from carriers & airline, submit MNF, send A/N to customer… follow-up shipment until delivery cargo to customer done.
  • Coordinate with accountants to write up debts and send them to customers, monitor debts together with related departments.
  • Keep and build relationships with the old customer and new customers.
  • Make report weekly, monthly

Job requirement

  • College/ University degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Marine, Foreign language 
  • Honest and humble person. 
  • Proficient in English
  • English communication
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Good teamwork, long-term working, responsibility. 
  • Proficient in office computer 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Experience in logistics field would be an advantage 
  • Probationary in 2 months  - 85% Gross Salary
  • Working time : Mon - Fri    Sat:  08:30-12:00
  • Join Social insurance after Probationary with the rules of the company
