AIR OPERATION MANAGER

• Handling air shipments both import and export from A to Z (DO, airway bills, manifest, irregularities reports, …)
• Cooperating closely with Operation Team in Terminals to follow shipments till the end
• Contacting with Terminals in dealing with all troubles
• Contacting with customers to give solutions
• Inputting costs and selling rates on internal system, checking carefully any mismatch and closing files at the end of month
• Checking Debit Notes, Invoices from airlines/vendors and preparing payment sheets
• Other tasks assigned by Director

Salary: Competitive

Education: preferred those candidates with majors in International Transportation/Business, Foreign Trade/Economics, Logistics, Import-Export.

Knowledge:

• Incoterms
• International Trade, Payment, Transportation

Experience: at least 5 years of experience in same role

Skills:

• MS Office
• English Language: intermediate
• Good communication and persuasive skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Place of work: Dist 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours:

• Mon – Fri:     08:00 - 17:00
• Sat:               08:00 - 12:00
