Key Responsibilities

• Tuyển dụng
• Theo dõi bảng chấm công cho nhân viên và công nhân trong nhà máy
• Giám sát hoạt động của bảo vệ tại nhà máy đồng thời kiểm tra hệ thống camera, theo dõi việc lắp đặt mới khi cần thiết
• Tổ chức các chương trình gắn kết nhân viên, sinh nhật, họp định kỳ, các sự kiện của công ty, các hoạt động công đoàn
• Các công việc hành chính và các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng tại các nhà máy lớn
• Tốt Nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành quản trị nhân sự, kế toán, tài chính ngân hàng hoặc các ngành liên quan
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp là một lợi thế
• Năng nổ, hoạt bát, cầu tiến, ham học hỏi
