Our humble user experience practitioners come from different parts of the world and have different backgrounds, such as engineering, content strategy, industrial design, architecture, psychiatry, printing etc. We believe diversity enables innovation.
Get to know the Role:
- Visualise complex information and concepts into simple and effective communications
- Ability to see the full spectrum of design and development challenges.•
- Working with other project stakeholders to complete the interface development processes for new production projects including user personas, information architecture, wire frame layout, visual design mood boarding, and template development/testing (mobile and platform compatibility) while maintaining optimal performance time.
- Ensure all versions of project documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately.
- Performing design competitive analysis and research for projects.
- Planning and participating in ongoing usability testing and assessment.
- Researching and analyzing industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies.
- Regular review of user feedback and usage data to analyse user behaviors and pain points
- Be the user champion, where you will promote human centered thinking, design thinking in the organisations
The must haves:
- Experience in conducting user research through various methods, and abilities to translate research finding into tangible product feature requirements or improvements is a bonus
- Understanding of Adaptive vs Responsive principles
- Fluent in responsive design, native mobile/tablet UI UX design
- Expert knowledge of major mobile platforms. Strong design portfolio, either of client projects or personal ones.
- Good understanding of UI and great eye for visual.
- Ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to extended stakeholders
