Responsibilities
Together with regional teams, develop training plan for merchants in line with business goals
Develop and/or localise training curriculum and content targeted at different merchant segments and user profile to support them in achieving business objectives and operational excellence
Collaborate with GrabAcademy training team to implement training content and ideas (e.g. online videos, assessments, visualisations, webinars etc) to achieve training effectiveness
Monitor and report training performance metrics vs goals, continually evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and identify opportunities to improve
Deliver in-person training when required
Minimum Qualifications
Good Bachelor's degree in any discipline,
4 - 6 years experience in adult learning, training & content development including instructional design process
Knowledge in instructional video production is preferred but not mandatory
Innovation & Creativity
Excellent presentation skills, written and spoken language skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
Proven team player with a collaborative mindset.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively
Possesses a strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently, navigate ambiguities and problem-solve in a logical manner
Keen interest to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Candidates with less experience can be considered for Senior Associate role
