The day-to-day activities:
Provide analytical support for merchant operations including content, revenue and collection, sales, and account management (optimizing metrics, structuring issues and identifying solutions, building efficient processes, advising on implementation, leading actual execution)
Decide on and be responsible for relevant OKRs, which may be shared across teams (# of Acquisitions, Quality of Acquisitions, Partner Orders, Partner Order Value, Blended Partner Commission)
Build dashboards and track performance at overall and city-level vs. target and vs. prior months
RCA (Root Cause Analyses) to derive reasons for drop in certain metrics & arrive at actions and fixes. Work with city teams to drive these items to action
Help out with merchant-side product and feature rollouts
Drive high impact business projects such as smart acquisition to improve merchant quality and bundling to drive up average order value
Build a framework to analyse the ROI from merchant promotions and work with the marketing team to understand the ROI of different campaigns during merchant promotions
Help merchant team across other analyses and requests to support business growth
Help on any special projects or key focus areas
The must haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
Minimum 2-3 years of primary experience in strategic initiatives field
Other systems & tools to help analyzing and reporting (Excel, Gsheet)
Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills that enable one to work with people at all levels, to motivate and empower whenever necessary
Experience in strategy and consulting is a plus point, and has an entrepreneurial mindset
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
