Employment Information

Job requirement

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (sampling, production, QA, purchasing, warehouse).
  • Receive and review order details from customers, including tech packs, POs, BOMs, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate sample development (proto, SMS, PPS) and provide necessary materials/accessories to the sample room.
  • Check sample quality before sending to customers and follow up on approvals.
  • Order raw materials and accessories (if required) and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare color charts and material submissions for customer approval before bulk production.
  • Monitor and update the production timeline from initial sampling to final shipment.
  • Follow up on production progress, packing status, and coordinate closely with QA to meet customer standards.
  • Create packing lists and ensure all packing and labeling requirements are followed accurately.

Job requirement

  • College or University degree in Garment/Textile, Industrial Management, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Merchandiser role, preferably in backpack, bag, or technical sewing production.
  • Good English communication skills – able to read technical documents, write emails, and communicate clearly with international clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.
