1. Responsible for the management of production line to ensure the production task and production plan.

2. Continuous efficiency improvement through production process, machine/ tools/ jigs optimization and innovation.

3. Ensure stable product quality through CTQ implementation, and inspection.

4. Ensure efficiency improvement and quality stability through process improvement and optimization.

通过与生产相关流程的改进和优化，确保效率提升和质量稳定。

5. Quality control and improvement of materials and semi-finished products in production.

生产过程中物料和半成品的质量控制和改进。

6. To guide and supervise the work of IQC, FQC and PQC.

指导和监督IQC、FQC及PQC的工作。

7. Participate in QC training and improve QC inspection ability.

参与QC培训，提高QC检验能力。

8. Handle customer complaints and complete corrective actions until the end.

处理客户投诉，完成纠正措施直至结束。

9. Coordinate the inspection of all customers by the factory.

1.       Bachelor's degree or above

大专以上学历

2.       Proven experience in furniture product quality, with a background in high-end products

         有家具产品质量工作经验，曾从事高端产品工作

3.       Strong quality-control mindset; able to engage in appropriate dialogue when needed to ensure the correct quality level

         具备正确的品质管理意识，有能力在需要时进行有效的沟通，以确保正确的品质水平

4.       Excellent team-player; candidates with experience in European culture/work style are preferred

         具有良好的团队合作精神，有欧洲文化/工作风格经验者优先
