Responsible in achieving KPI and target set by Country Marketing Head
The day-to-day activities:
Design marketing strategies and plans to achieve company goals
Implement marketing strategies such as launching campaigns, promotion plans, merchandising, advertising, in-store and PR activities
Monitor campaign and business metrics based on targets given and be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in order to increase rides
Control budget spending allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both online and offline channels
Support selecting, evaluating with vendors to deliver high quality work within timeline and budget provided
Collaborate closely with digital marketing manager, social media manager and partnership manager to deliver an effective reach of target audience
Consolidate data related to marketing campaigns and conduct post campaign analysis
Support creating promotion related 4W business in Bangkok, and updating to all stakeholders
Support tracking, extracting, and analysing data related to 4W promotion in Bangkok on a daily basis
Assist the team with marketing administration tasks
The must haves:
Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Economic, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
Branding marketing, online marketing, or performance marketing experience is preferred
Relevant marketing experience: At least 2 years of relevant marketing and public relations experience; startup experience, or consulting experience is preferred
Goal-oriented and can execute fast: Track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start-up environment
Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges
Collaborative, team player: Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets

Highly detail-oriented: Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications
Good command in Thai and English: Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred
