Manager, Training (Surveillance)

Duties may include but not limited to: 

• Create Surveillance Induction Training plan
• Create continuous skills improvement training plan
• Oversee the Surveillance induction training and continuous skills improvement training and review/update training process and procedures where necessary
• Deliver and assessing Surveillance Training (Technical and none Technical) accordance to Surveillance Department standards
• Review/update SOP that related to Surveillance training regularly
• Develop training materials in accordance with approved procedures and processes
• Regular participate training meeting with Training Committee and Training Manager from other departments
• Oversee all training matters related to Surveillance Department, including all internal and external courses required for Surveillance team members
• Enroll and to assign Surveillance Team member to attend necessary training to upskills Surveillance team member’s skills
• Able to evaluate, analyze, assess and providing the action plan as to improve Surveillance team member’s operational, monitoring and observation skills
• Maintain all training records for Surveillance Department.
