Job Summary:
Manager, Technology & Process Development is responsible for ensuring compliance with approved technological processes, establishing control parameters for new products or technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource usage in production. This role also involves resolving technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, preparing preventive measures, and researching new technology trends applicable to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop operational and technological processes for new products or improve existing ones to optimize production efficiency. (20%)Collaborate with R&D to transfer and implement new product trials into the manufacturing environment. (10%)Coordinate with the Project Team to define operational conditions, technical specifications, and identify risk points related to quality, performance, and cost. (10%)Establish risk control procedures and develop incident management guides to ensure process stability in production. (15%)Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, focusing on reducing labor costs, utility usage, and material loss. (20%)Assess and analyze risks resulting from equipment or technology changes and define updated process control parameters. (10%)Ensure full compliance with food safety standards across all processes in the CF product segment. (10%)Proactively seek and integrate new technological solutions that bring operational value. (5%)Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors, including collaboration in building pilot models for new product or equipment testing.
Authority:
- Decide to halt usage of non-compliant equipment, raw materials, or in-process products.
- Propose corrective actions for non-compliant products/processes for higher-level review and approval.
- Request related departments to execute actions to resolve or prevent potential non-conformities.
- Propose process and product quality improvements within assigned scope.
- Manage and discipline team members under their responsibility.
