Get to know the Role:
Performing day to day operational work in country level and driving third party performance with compliance to the SOPP
The day-to-day activities:
- Assisting in real estate expansion on new office setup for Indonesia
- Assisting on real estate acquisition process
- Assisting on negotiation process with third party
- Driving self-performance to improve OKR
- Collaborate with cross functional team to create a sustainable office environment
- Responsible in preparing country level report
- Enhancing quality assurance on final product
- Maintaining relationship with third party
- Enhance internal control compliance
- In charge in maintaining data, recording, and filing in country level
- Other ad hoc assignment by project basis
The must haves:
- Degree in any Business Management discipline or any relevant study.
- Microsoft Office
- Good administration skill
- Strong negotiation skill
- Experience as project manager preferable
- Good proficient in English (written and verbally)
- Minimum 5 years working experience
