Get to know our Team:
The GrabFinancial PMO (Program Management Office) comprise of a diverse group of Regional Program Managers who are involved in driving End-To-End program management of high priority product launches in the organisation. Key focus area of this team is largely based around clearing Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Risk hurdles for the host of Financial products that Grab is offering to the customers in South East Asia. By doing this, the team needs to work with various stakeholders from in-country and the regional team. Making sure that each product launch is seamless and we delight the end users when it hits the market.

• You will be expected to support the end-to-end delivery of growing Grab Financial Group’s platforms; launching new/exciting products and use cases across South East Asia.

The day-to-day activities:
 

• To work closely with the regional business, product, engineering, operations teams and manage end to end program execution
• To manage the full lifecycle of the differentiated financial products from inception to launch to run
• Project manage vendor integration from an End-To-End perspective  
• To evaluate potential risks, time to market and allocation constraints
• To plan & drive efficient process implementation 
• Create & manage relationships with external and internal stakeholders 

The must haves:

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering/Science/Business

• Regulatory or compliance background preferred 

• Minimum 6-8 years of Project/Program Management experience

• Have banking, financial services and/or payments domain experience

• Exposure to project managing vendors, contract handling, procurement, info-security and data privacy clearances  

• Exposure to software development and product delivery will be a plus 

• Exposure to business and commercial law will be a plus

• Ability to work independently 

• Well versed in collaboration tools 

• Ability to travel frequently
