Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for performance and management of the payroll clerk in successful performance of duties and responsibilities.
  • Supervise the biweekly payroll process and any on demand checks.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of team member's financial information related to payroll.
  • Manages and or prepare tax payments as well as other miscellaneous reports for distribution and/or payment i.e., payroll taxes, garnishment, payroll deductions, child support, health benefits, tax deduction, etc.
  • Supervise payment processing for local & state’s tax plans.
  • Manage all payroll financial data.
  • Review payroll activities with Finance Department
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
  • Other duties assigned
