Get to know the Role:

Research organisation and industry, including interviewing, conducting focus groups and facilitating workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify issues, develop hypothesis and execute analysis – translating data/research into meaningful insights and presenting recommendations to key decision makers
Develop plan to action to implement strategic recommendations and manage the execution
Support the conceptualisation and business modelling of any new business initiatives be in wholly owned or in other forms

The day-to-day activities:

Able to deal with multiple stakeholders across all management levels as well as engage external stakeholders where required
Own and support the ventures group
Work with the Corporate Finance and M&A Project Teams
Able to identify key business drivers and provide insightful analysis to help formulate and present financially sensible change processes to key stakeholders.
Lead and manage rapid action team proactively looking across the business in identifying key drivers

The must haves:

Bachelors degree in Business or Finance
More than 12 years of experience in consulting, start-up or business environment.
Have experience in planning, analysis or budgeting.
Able to work independently and drive projects to completion
Good analytical skills
Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with high performing teams.
