Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Get to know the Role:

• Identify issues, develop hypothesis and execute analysis – translating data/research into meaningful insights and presenting recommendations to key decision makers

• Develop plan to action to implement strategic recommendations and manage the execution

• Support the conceptualisation and business modelling of any new business initiatives be in wholly owned or in other forms

• Possess commercial acumen to review and challenge business/financial plans put forward by the business teams and able to provide valuable feedback/recommendations/solutions.

• Research organisation and industry, including interviewing, conducting focus groups and facilitating workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.

The day-to-day activities:

• Able to deal with multiple stakeholders across all management levels as well as engage external stakeholders where required

• Work with the Corporate Finance and M&A Project Teams

• Able to identify key business drivers and provide insightful analysis to help formulate and present financially sensible change processes to key stakeholders.

The must haves:

• Bachelor degree in Business or Finance

• At least 8 years of relevant experience, strongly preferable with experience in strategic planning and/or business analysis role, within Technology/Fintech/Ecommerce, Consulting or Start-Up environment.

• Able to work independently and drive projects to completion

• Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment with high performing teams.

• Advanced user in financial tools such as Excel and Tableau etc.
