Manage, Special Investigations (Surveillance)

Duties may include but not limited to:  

• Manage a diverse workforce (nationalities and skills)
• Oversee coaching, counseling and disciplinary matters for Special Investigations team
• Oversee recruiting and training for Special Investigations team
• Ensure that all company and department P&P are adhered to
• Focus and guide others to meet their objectives and expectations.
• Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written
• Evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources including CCTV, Casino management system, POS interface, Security door access and alarm, etc.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and allocate responsibilities urveillance Operations Manager, Surveillance Shift Manager, Surveillance Technical Managermanagement experience in a large (15 and duties according to business needs
• Look for opportunities at all times to generate target surveillance of individuals or areas
• Select and train up Surveillance Special Investigation team members in the skills and requirements of casino and non-casino (FOH and BOH) self-generated investigation
• High level liaison with executives of other departments
• Engender a positive, focused and proactive – results-based projects team
• Ensure that Information Management systems and department software applications are used to their fullest extent
• Work closely and cooperatively with all internal customers (Gaming, Slots, Security, Cage, Marketing and None Casino areas)
• Respond to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systems or as supplied
• Maintain control and confidentiality of Surveillance and computer systems
• Conduct investigations, collate and collect evidence, present data and evidence to authorities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director and VP, Surveillance Operations.
