Mô tả công việc

  • Set up, supervise and control the preventive and routine maintenance to ensure that machineries are in good condition
  • Set up proper maintenance and control of documentation concerning mechanical and related issues
  • Supervise & execute routine activities of maintenance team
  • Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan & check sheet
  • Perform & support team for troubleshooting
  • Ensure that the machines work safely and all related aspects are in line with company standards as well as legal requirements and regulations
  • Coach and train related technicians and operators in preventive and routine maintenance activities and machinery operations
  • Create procedure/ work instruction for maintenance activities
  • Participate in the routine operation meeting to provide information and historical data and propose necessary actions
  • Provide data to set up yearly maintenance budget
  • Responsible for maintenance for all machinery, equipment and buildings in line with required standards
  • Collect data & report weekly for: Weekly plan, Breakdown, store, spare part, maintenance plan…
  • Execute improvement activities in factory
  • Propose & manage spare part in factory
  • Comply with company rules, requirements, regulations on health, security, safety & environment according to factory standards and ISO systems of the company
  • Others (if any): Other duties requested by superiors

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree or College Degree
  • Preferable: Degree in Engineering, Sciences
  • At least 2 year of experience at same position in food manufacturing environment
  •  English is basic level
  • Computer skill: MS. Office, AutoCAD
  • Knowledge on production planning, manufacturing and maintenance
  • Experience with HSE, food safety standards
