Help the Luzon team grow and manage all cities in the region outside Metro Manila - whether it will be launching new Grab services, crafting cost-efficient growth strategies, or executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns.
The role is Pampanga-based, and involves working with different teams in Manila and in the different cities in Luzon so expect a lot of travelling.
The day-to-day activities:
Build strong relationships with driver communities in the region by conducting regular engagement events
Create special projects that impact business growth and brand equity to reach the targets of the region. Special projects can range from driver acquisition/engagement, consumer market analysis, etc.
Coordinate with different teams in Pampanga ang Manila to plan and execute new events, incentives, promos, etc.
Track, monitor and highlight the performance of your city and key improvement areas
Stay on top of market opportunities and competitive analysis
Conduct finance and administrative activities whenever necessary
The must haves:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma degree in Communication / Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent
Has a track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and enforce processes and plans
Widely exposed to strategic problem solving and business operations
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino (Other dialects and languages is a plus since we’ll be travelling!)
Computer proficiency i.e Microsoft office, internet / browsing, email, etc
