Job requirement

OB OBJECTIVE

Ensure legal compliance across all business activities of the Group, and provide effective legal solutions related to the export of steel, agricultural products, and gypsum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Legal Advisory

  • Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments on matters related to corporate, investment, commercial, import-export, labor law, etc.

  • Assess legal risks in business operations across sectors including steel, agricultural products, and gypsum.

2. Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents

  • Draft, appraise, and review various types of contracts (sales, export, logistics, agency, etc.).

  • Draft internal regulations, procedures, and legal documents related to corporate governance.

3. Legal Support for Investment Projects, M&A, and Export Market Expansion

  • Conduct legal due diligence of partners and project legal documents.

  • Advise on legal structures, investment plans, and M&A transactions in compliance with current regulations.

4. Dispute Resolution and Government Liaison

  • Assist in handling complaints and disputes (if any).

  • Represent or coordinate with tax, customs, and other state authorities as necessary.

5. Compliance and Legal Updates

  • Monitor and update new legal regulations affecting export and business operations.

  • Propose compliance measures and conduct internal legal training when necessary.

Job requirement

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably in Commercial Law or International Business Law).

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or law firms, especially in export, industrial production, logistics, FMCG, or related sectors.

Legal Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of legal regulations related to corporate law, investment, import-export, commercial contracts, labor, taxation, and customs.

  • Basic knowledge of M&A, corporate governance, and international law is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

  • Proficient in legal English.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
