Legal Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support across various aspects of our operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and regulations. Proficiency in English is essential to effectively communicate with our international partners and clients. Good command of Chinese is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts especially contracts in the logistics sector, including service agreements, lease agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify legal risks associated with business operations and propose strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Assist in managing and resolving disputes or litigation involving the company.
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on legal topics.

Trách nhiệm chính:

• Soạn thảo, xem xét và đàm phán nhiều loại hợp đồng, bao gồm thỏa thuận dịch vụ, hợp đồng cho thuê và hợp đồng nhà cung cấp.
• Giám sát và đảm bảo công ty tuân thủ tất cả các luật và quy định hiện hành.
• Xác định các rủi ro pháp lý liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh và đề xuất các chiến lược để giảm thiểu các vấn đề tiềm ẩn.
• Hỗ trợ quản lý và giải quyết các tranh chấp hoặc kiện tụng liên quan đến công ty.
• Là đầu mối liên hệ với các cơ quan quản lý và cơ quan chính phủ.
• Xây dựng và cập nhật các chính sách và quy trình nội bộ để phản ánh các yêu cầu pháp lý và quy định hiện hành.
• Tổ chức các buổi đào tạo cho nhân viên về các chủ đề pháp lý.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution. A Master's degree or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the logistics industry.
• Fluent in Vietnamese, with excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Good command of Chinese is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese corporate and commercial law, with familiarity in international trade regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multinational environment.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
• Available of Lawyer practicing Certificates.

Yêu cầu trình độ và kinh nghiệm:

• Bằng cử nhân Luật từ một tổ chức được công nhận. Bằng thạc sĩ hoặc các chứng chỉ khác là một lợi thế.
• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò pháp lý, ưu tiên trong ngành logistics.
• Thông thạo tiếng Việt, thành thạo tiếng Anh, cả viết và nói. Thành thạo tiếng Trung là một lợi thế.
• Hiểu biết sâu sắc về luật doanh nghiệp và thương mại Việt Nam, am hiểu các quy định thương mại quốc tế.
• Khả năng phân tích các vấn đề pháp lý phức tạp và đưa ra lời khuyên rõ ràng, thiết thực.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán xuất sắc.
