The Rewards team looks after the Grab’s customer loyalty program – the largest program of its kind in the region. The team’s objectives are to ensure that GrabRewards remains a compelling value proposition for users across the Grab platform. This is achieved through optimization of the points earn channels, redemption options as well as member tiers and corresponding benefits.
Get to know the Role:
Catalogue Operations
Manage reward catalogue submissions regionally that are generated by in-county Business Development teams, cross-checking details and redemption mechanisms
Assist various teams across Grab who leverage the GrabRewards platform as a tool to engage users and drive growth on various campaigns and experiments. Act as project manager on campaign execution, ensuring teams are well prepared with necessary digital assets and details
Monitor redemption performance, working with product to solve and improve the GrabRewards product based on feedback from users and the business
Product Operations
Taking guidance from strategy, develop provide detailed business specifications to guide product development
Work closely with Product Managers and business teams to ensure timely delivery of features and that the feature meets its original objectives
The must haves:
Background in operations or process generation and implementation essential, while background in loyalty programs and dealing with consumers is beneficial
Ability to learn quickly
Strong communication skills with ability to think logically under pressure, attention to detail, and work autonomously where required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint and/or Google Sheets / Slides.
Some minimal travel expected (<10%)
Role reports into the Head of Rewards
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
