Job Description

Reporting to the AI Manager you will be responsible for :
• Handle daily AI products operation: make sure correct procedures are followed and routinely give directions to staff on what to do and how to improve
• Proposing and tracking key indicators and evaluation metrics of AI products
• Collaborating closely with the R&D team, particularly algorithms engineers and product managers, to improve user interaction of AI products
• Connecting technology, products, operations and other teams to drive for business changes

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year experienced as Team leader or 2 year as Senior agent in customer service call center
• Can-do attitude; willingness to learn; initiative and able to make necessary changes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Data analysis skills. Logical thinking and understanding of scientific methods for data acquisition and the ability to discover key issues quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft office & Internet
• Able to work well with team members in a high pressure
• Strong interest and belief in AI technology
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
