Sửa chữa & Bảo trì: Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ, xử lý sự cố đột xuất, sửa chữa các chi tiết hỏng (pin đẩy, lòng khuôn), vệ sinh, bôi trơn khuôn.
Căn chỉnh & Vận hành: Lắp đặt, điều chỉnh khuôn, hỗ trợ căn chỉnh máy để khắc phục lỗi sản phẩm (bavia, thiếu nhựa), đọc bản vẽ 2D/3D.
Phục hồi & Cải tiến: Sử dụng các phương pháp như hàn đắp, mài, phay, tiện, cắt dây EDM để phục hồi khuôn; phân tích nguyên nhân hỏng, đề xuất cải tiến kết cấu khuôn.
Hỗ trợ Sản xuất: Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất, chất lượng; ghi chép lịch sử bảo trì, đảm bảo an toàn và chất lượng.
Yêu cầu công việc
có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm
Kiến thức về cơ khí, hiểu biết về khuôn mẫu (khuôn ép nhựa, khuôn dập).
Khả năng đọc bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ.
