Job requirement

This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key B2B clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue.

Scope of work

· Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients.

· Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized solutions for clients.

· Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.

· Address and resolve any client concerns to maintain satisfaction.

· Drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

· Track and report on sales performance and key metrics.

· Develop strategies to improve client retention and maximize value.

· Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.

· Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
