Kế Toán Thu Chi

1. Công việc hàng ngày/ Daily tasks

- Theo dõi, đối soát số dư tài khoản ngân hàng, ví điện tử, các kênh thanh toán

Monitor and reconcile balances of bank accounts, e-wallets, and payment channels

- Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố thanh toán (trùng, không khớp, khiếu nại)

Support handling payment issues (duplicate transactions, discrepancies, complaints)

- Phối hợp với bộ phận CS, Payment, IT, đối tác thanh toán để khắc phục lỗi

Coordinate with Customer Service, Payment, IT teams, and payment partners to resolve payment issues

- Xây dựng quy trình, hướng dẫn và tiêu chuẩn vận hành Payment Support (quy trình thanh toán, quy trình đối soát,…)

Develop payment support processes, guidelines, and operational standards (payment procedures, reconciliation processes, etc.)

- Thực hiện mở kênh thanh toán khi có yêu cầu

Set up new payment channels upon request

- Hỗ trợ kế toán trưởng ghi nhận chi phí, kiểm tra chứng từ liên quan

Assist the Chief Accountant in recording expenses and reviewing related supporting documents

- Hỗ trợ việc mua sắm hàng hóa, đảm bảo đủ chứng từ và tuân thủ quy trình mua sắm

Support procurement activities, ensuring sufficient documentation and compliance with procurement procedures

2. Công việc theo tháng, quý, năm/ Monthly, Quarterly, and Actual Tasks

- Hỗ trợ kế toán trưởng xem xét lại các bút toán trên sổ sách để đảm bảo ghi nhận đúng đủ chi phí và doanh thu

Assist the Chief Accountant in reviewing accounting entries to ensure accurate and complete recognition of expenses and revenues

- Chuẩn bị báo cáo thuế VAT, FCT, PIT, báo cáo kiểm toán (cuối năm)

Prepare tax reports including VAT, FCT, PIT, and support audit reporting at year-end

- Theo dõi, đối soát với các công ty bảo hiểm

Monitor and reconcile transactions with insurance companies

- Hỗ trợ tư vấn các team liên quan vấn đề về kế toán

Provide accounting-related consultation and support to relevant teams

3. Công việc khác/ Other Tasks

- Hỗ trợ kế toán trưởng làm việc với các phòng ban vận hành và đối tác ngân hàng/bảo hiểm để giải quyết các vấn đề ngắn hạn liên quan đến việc thu phí bảo hiểm/hoa hồng và đối soát

Support the Chief Accountant in working with operational departments and banking/insurance partners to resolve short-term issues related to insurance premium/commission collection and reconciliation

- Hỗ trợ làm việc với đối tác kênh thanh toán và bảo hiểm khi có thành viên trong team kế toán/đối soát vắng mặt

Support coordination with payment channel partners and insurance partners when members of the accounting/reconciliation team are absent.

-  Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán / Tài chính

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance

-  Có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm các nghiệp vụ kế toán chi tiết; kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực insurtech và/hoặc công ty start-up là một lợi thế

1-2 years of experience on accounting detailed works. Experiences in an insurtech and/or start-up company is a plus

-  Kiến thức: Am hiểu chuẩn mực kế toán (VAS)

Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting standards (VAS)

-  Hiểu quy trình thanh toán, hoàn tiền, đối soát giữa các hệ thống.

Understanding of payment, refund, and reconciliation processes across systems

-  Kinh nghiệm làm việc với ngân hàng, ví điện tử, hoặc cổng thanh toán (Payoo, VNPTEPAY, MoMo…).

Experience working with banks, e-wallets, or payment gateways (e.g. Payoo, VNPTEPAY, MoMo, etc.)

-  Kinh nghiệm làm việc kế toán thu chi

Experience in cash inflow and outflow accounting

-  Thành thạo Excel

Proficient in Excel

-  Kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu và xử lý sai lệch giao dịch.

Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies

-  Hiểu rõ quy trình kế toán – tài chính, nghiệp vụ thanh toán.

Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes, particularly payment operations

-  Quản lý nhóm, giao tiếp, xử lý xung đột, kỹ năng ra quyết định nhanh.

Team management, communication, conflict resolution, and quick decision-making skills.
