• Handle daily accounting tasks: checking invoices and documents, recording transactions, tracking expenses, and reconciling receivables/payables.

• Monitor and update inventory movements (import – export – stock levels).

• Support and manage purchasing activities for both domestic and international suppliers: sourcing, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, requesting booking, dealing with supplier, following shipment schedules, and processing payments, managing inventory.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

• Prepare accounting reports and required documentation for management.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics or any business major.

1–2 years of experience in accounting or purchasing.

Strong English skills (email communication, reading documents, speaking).

Hard-working, responsible, careful, honest, and willing to learn.

Proficient in Excel and office applications; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.

Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 13h - 17h at office, 21h - 23h online
                          Sat: 4 hours online every week or at office for urgent request
