[KCN BÀU BÀNG] Supplier Quality Engineer

1） 建立和完善原材料和外协件的质量标准、检验及验收准则，并和开发部一起完成样品确认;

Establish and improve the quality standards, inspection and acceptance criteria for raw materials and outsourced parts, and complete sample confirmation together with the development department;

2） 制定外协件质量管控流程，按出货计划，安排QC对OUTSOUCING产品进行检验，对检验发现的问题责令相关部门改进，并跟踪改进进度。

Develop a quality control process for outsourced parts. According to the shipment plan, arrange QC to inspect the OUTSOUCING products. For any problems found during the inspection, order the relevant departments to make improvements and track the progress of the improvements.

3） 与相关部门一起处理不合格材料;要求供应商整改，跟踪改进结果和效果

Work with relevant departments to handle substandard materials; Require suppliers to make rectifications and track the results and effects of the improvements

4） 指导IQC和驻外QC按标准要求实施检验，参与提高QC的检验能力;

Guide IQC and QC stationed abroad to carry out inspections in accordance with standard requirements, and participate in improving the inspection capabilities of QC;

5） 供应商质量管理：供应商现场审核，协助提升供应商质量保证能力。

Supplier Quality Management: On-site audits of suppliers to assist in enhancing their quality assurance capabilities.

6） 参与新材料开发及合规性要求确认。

Participate in the development of new materials and the confirmation of compliance requirements

7） 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1)       本科学历，工科类专业或有工科背景，三年以上供应商质量管理经验，

          Bachelor's degree, majoring in engineering or with an engineering background, more than three years of experience in supplier quality management.

2)       能用中文沟通，英语书写流利， 计算机使用熟练。良好的沟通能力。

           Able to communicate in Chinese, or fluent in English writing, and proficient in computer operation. Good communication skills

3)       熟悉金属、木制品、软体沙发等加工工艺的优先考虑。

          Those familiar with the processing techniques of metals, wood products, soft sofas, etc. will be given priority.

4)        能适应出差。

           Be able to travel on business.
