[KCN BÀU BÀNG] Production Supervisor

1. Fully support all the line leaders, to make sure their needs are fully realized. Need help line leader to effectively communicate with Logistic, PQE, PIE. Make sure line leader could focused on line management, improving efficiency and quality

全力支持各条线的线长，确保其需求得到充分满足。需要帮助线长有效地与物流leader，PQE, PIE沟通。确保线长能够专注于各线管理，提高效率和质量

2. Support Production PU leader for the line leader daily management, like the daily meeting, SOP/CTQ check

支持生产部门领导进行线长日常管理，如日常会议，SOP/CTQ检查

3. Together with PQE, PIE, communicate effectively with external departments, including PD, QA, MC, etc.

与PQE, PIE一起，有效地与外部部门沟通，包括PD, QA, MC等。

4. Fully support Production PU leader for production efficiency improvements, like Labor efficiency, material delivery, material consumption/cost improvement, to achieve cost reduction finally.

全力支持生产部门领导提高生产效率，如劳动效率、材料交付、材料消耗/成本改善，最终实现成本降低。

5. Understand PU report in each indicator, find out the problems and make targeted improvement actions.

读懂PU的各项指标报表，同时能够发现问题并能针对性的做出改善行动。

6. Unexpected and other urgent cases coordinate and solve

突发事件和其他紧急事件的协调和解决

7. New workers training and management

新员工的培训和管理

1.      More than five years working experience in manufacturing, and prefer furniture industry

        五年以上制造业工作经验，家具行业优先

2.      More than two years in workshop management

        两年以上生产车间的管理工作经验

3.      Need to have a strong willingness and good attitude to fully support the Production BU Leader to reach the BU’s target

        需要有强烈的意愿和良好的态度，全力支持生产PU的领导完成PU的目标

4.      Need to be very familiar with PU’s process, including production process, working flow process 需要非常熟悉PU的流程，包括生产流程，工作流程等

5.      Needs to be familiar with PU’s KPI, should be very clear about the target and developing trend. Should have the ability to find out the unusual figures and implement the actions guided by Production PU leader

         需要熟悉PU的KPI，明确目标和发展趋势，有能力发现异常数据并在生产部门领导的指导下实施

6.      Good communication and organization skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills

         有良好的沟通能力和组织能力,较强的分析和解决问题的能力
