The Recruitment Marketing team handles brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement and lead generation—attracting quality candidates that help our Talent Acquisition Business Partners fill Grab roles with suitable candidates. We create engaging content and amplify them through various online channels to ensure our target audiences know that Grab is the tech employer of choice, and that they should be part of the Grab family!

Duties and Responsibilities
Community Management - be the voice for our Facebook page (Grab Careers) and LinkedIn Company Page
Multimedia Design - creating basic artwork and social content (Photoshop skills mandatory)
Project Management - Assisting in campaigns executed by the Recruitment Marketing team, ensuring timeline and deliverables are met
CRM - Custodian in ensuring all confidential data is securely and properly ported from Sourcing software to CRM to ATS, setting up email campaigns
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, CRM tool (like Beamery, Avature, Smashfly TBD), Google Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram

To explore creative means of delivering the Grab brand message over multiple platforms
To exercise critical thinking in solving existing problems in the Grab recruitment cycle
Requirements
Only for candidates who are available from Jan - Jun 2020
Associate, Poly or Undergraduate in Mass Communications, New Media, Art Design & Media, Marketing, Journalism or Digital Media Design
Must know how to use Adobe Photoshop
Able to make simple designs for social posts
Persuasive copywriting with a friendly tone
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop
Good Project management and Social media management
Possess Email marketing basics
Ace team player
Ability to take feedback
