InfoSec team is responsible for building secure infrastructure. We coordinate corporate security with Grab’s IT and thus enable the organization to optimise and manage its infrastructure and minimise security risk. A critical factor in ensuring adequate protection for all data is the responsive updating and application of policy and guidance to address the latest changes in technologies while defending against the latest developing threats. Equally important is the necessity to ensure that the policies and guidance provide sufficient flexibility to allow their adaptation to the diverse missions across Grab.

Duties and Responsibilities
Documentation - Run-books
BPO documentation of IT controls (look at non-FTE controls) and match those to see what all BPO controls can be done for IT
Whitelisting BPO/CE URLs: define difference of business vs. security risks
Learning objectives
Helping with researching relevant InfoSec tools
Assisting with basic level security application reviews
Helping with Security Awareness activities
Day to day responsibilities
Responding to emails
Organising particular online or offline document libraries
Documentation
Policy Development Outline
Research
Responding to Basic Alerts
Entering I.T. / Service Desk tickets
Requirement
Current students who are pursuing degree/ postgraduate studies in Engineering, IT, Computing, Information Systems
Interest in information security and technology field
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to commit May-August or June-September or July-December
