Intern - Accounting

General Responsibilities

• Perform payment preparation as per schedule run, inclusive of follow up to approvals
• Ensure payment loaded in bank portal is fully approved as per timeline
• Check rejected payment on a weekly basis, once payment has been triggered successfully.
• Download bank statement on weekly
• Handle monthly closing & bank reconciliation by working closely with internal & external stakeholders, i.e Invoice / GL Team / Country Finance
• Attempt ad-hoc requirement
