Get to know the Role:
Design and develop learning and practicing experiences. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner. In order to fast support the cascading of information within Customer Experience department
The day-to-day activities:
Working together with content developer in publishing visualisation for articles need to be update in CE Knowledge Base System
Responsible in create and publish quizzes in Learning Management System and keep track on the results
The must haves:
Bachelor Degree (S1) with relevant major of studies (Information
Technology, Communication, Training and Development, Educational
Well verse in creating online training material using the latest software (Adobe Captivate preferable)
At least 1 years proven track record in creating Online Training Material using audio/video/animated visual
2 years relevant experience in training and development
