• Develop process engineering initiatives to manage project implementation.
• Recruit, train, and guide resources to improve overall performance and productivity.
• Manage the process engineering team to ensure that personnel have the right talent and skills.
• Work with teams to ensure optimum levels of operability and maintainability.
• Establish process definitions for all stages of the project life cycle.
• Ensure that projects are executed with good quality and budget control processes.
• Evaluate process flows and provide recommendations.
• Optimize process systems for operational efficiency and cost savings.

Experience in a furniture, production or engineering management role
