The design team follows a simple philosophy: our design must be well thought through, our products must be useful and delight our customers all while enhancing their lives. Our humble user experience practitioners come from different parts of the world and have different backgrounds, such as engineering, content strategy, industrial design, architecture, psychiatry, printing etc. We believe diversity enables innovation.

Get to know the Role:

• Work with the design team to work on illustrations as part of the illustration library and design system.
• Refine and elevate the quality of illustrations within the design system.

The day-to-day activities:

• Create illustration assets that meet the brief.
• Review illustration assets within the design system to ensure high level of quality and consistency.
• Contribute to the illustration style guide and illustration principles.
• Communicate the why behind your illustrations.
• Support UX and UI work for internal tools
• Support design work for internal publications e.g. presentation deck, blogs, etc

The must haves:

• A degree or diploma in design, fine arts, or related field.
• Strong portfolio of illustration and UI can compensate for lack of academic training.
• Ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software.
• You’re able to tell a story and convey meaning through your illustrations.
• You understand that illustration within a product is not decorative, it has a purpose.
• Detail-oriented, creative and take pride in your craft.
