Mô tả công việc

  • Plan, implement and coordinate all hygiene, FSMS and HACCP activities.
  • Ensure the FSMS is workable and adhered to by the kitchen and restaurant teams.
  • Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and international countries.
  • Prepare, monitor and update management about hygiene project.
  • Conduct regular inspections of restaurants, kitchens and Food & Beverage outlets to monitor hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management.
  • Continuously improve health and safety standards.
  • Design departmental training and write FSMS and HACCP operating procedures.
  • Test and correct any deviations from hygiene procedures swiftly through on the job training.
  • Assess hygiene and cleanliness standards and arrange training sessions and refresher courses
  • for Team Members in coordination with the Food & Beverage Training Manager.
  • Interact with department and company team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively.
  • Attend department and inter-department meetings and share relevant information.
  • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
  • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards.
  • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury
  • hazards.
  • Participate in the company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
