Serve as a strategic partner to business units, providing effective HR consultation and solutions.
Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture.
Analyze HR data and support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and global HR policies.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and maintain a positive working environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience as an HRBP or in a senior HR role; preference for candidates with multinational or automotive industry experience.
Strong understanding of global HR trends, Vietnamese labor regulations, and HR analytics.
Proficient in English; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
