Job requirement

JOB SUMMARY

Be responsible for Agreement and Labor Contract signing of all employees. Oversee and be responsible for incentive bonus processing/ time attendance transactions, employee entry & exit procedure, ensure smoothly operation on daily bases. Participate in setting up related guidelines & SOP policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Be responsible for Occupational Training Agreement, Probation Agreement, Performance Assessment and Labor Contract, ensure these are implemented strictly as per Company regulation and Vietnamese Labor law.
  2. Be responsible for orientation for newcomer on Company regulation and Employee’s benefit
  3. Oversee incentive bonus processing
  4. Oversee reports related to Manpower
  5. Be responsible for HR systems maintenance
  6. Oversee the registration of new employee, the procedure of employee’s exit, time attendance transactions/ documents to ensure smooth operation on daily bases
  7. Oversee the filing of employee’s profile & related documents
  8. Be responsible for updating labor Law and Company’s regulation
  9. Participate in setting up guideline/ SOP/ policies for all duties related
  10. Participate in salary and benefit survey.
  11. Provide employees with consultancy service on HR regulations, establish effective communication with employees.
  12. Explain, execute and gather feedback about the company’s rules and regulation.
  13. Support HR & Admin activities.
  14. Other duties assigned by immediately Superiors

Job requirement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Education

College or above specializing in HR management or relative management

  1. Experience
  • 3 years experiences in HR, at least 1 years of experience in C&B field in large manufacturing company with more than 2,000 employees.
  1. Knowledge of:
  • HR/ C&B policies and procedures
  • Labor law and local regulation
  • Basic HR administrative work
  • Recruitment in mass production
  1. Skills and Abilities
  • Good computer skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
  • Good patience and carefulness
  • Work well in a team-based environment.
  • Skilled in problem solving
  • Can work under high pressure
