JOB SUMMARY

Play a role in supporting our employees' growth and development, fostering positive employee relations, and driving a culture of engagement.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with company goals and individual needs.
  2. Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments, surveys, and discussions with managers.
  3. Source and curate training materials from internal and external sources.
  4. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs.
  5. Track and measure the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
  6. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including progressive discipline, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  8. Plan and organize employee events and activities.
  9. Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Partner with other departments to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Organize and participate the activities of company.
  12. Other HR relation tasks.

Job requirement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1.     Education

                     University Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields

2.     Experience

                    Minimum 2 year HR experience, at least 1 years extensive experience with Learning & Development or/and Employee Relations & Engagement

3.     Skills and Abilities

§  Strong understanding of learning and development principles and practices.

§  Experience in designing and implementing training programs.

§  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

§  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

§  Good Written and Spoken English;

§  Self-starter and proactive; should have the ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives;

§  Proactive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure

§  Skilled in Computer Operation (MSOffice, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

MENTAL & PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

1.     Mental Effort

§  Ability of working under pressure;

§  Ability to solve problems and make decision in short period.

2.     Working Conditions

          Office and manufacturing facility environment
