Job requirement

Recruitment Support

  • Maintain and update candidate database (CV storage, data entry).

  • Post job openings and source candidates via recruitment channels.

  • Assist in screening applications, scheduling interviews/tests.

  • Welcome and support candidates during interviews.

Internal Communication

  • Draft and publish recruitment announcements.

  • Introduce new employees on internal communication channels.

Others

  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Job requirement

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, or related fields.

  • Eager to learn, responsible, proactive, with good communication and effective time management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • English proficiency: minimum TOEIC 550 (reading and listening).
