Experience:
- Checking the time attendance on the software and on the report from production supervisor daily; Contact supervisors for the daily working time, remind to submit the proper report.
- Monitor and manage working hours, payroll, compensation, and benefits to guarantee full compliance with labor regulations and audit requirements.
- Input, update and follow the HR data of employees in software and excel spreadsheet correctly.
- Deliver and receive employees ‘performance appraisal after probation/renew contract.
- Explain for employees (if any) about resignation, regulations, procedures as well as labor law.
- Be responsible for stop working employees and make resignation decision and guide to hand over in accordance with the process.
- Make the reports about quantity of employees; make OEE report; labour cost report.
- Be responsible for all kind of insurance (SI, HI, UI), submit and collect documents from social insurance.
- Handle Personal Income Tax (PIT) payments, finalization, and refunds.
- Background: At least College – Major in Human resource management, law, Economy, business administration or relevant level.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years.
