Job requirement

Goal of position

  • Assist in the execution of a large volume of paperwork while the recruitment team focuses on improving the recruitment process
  • Strengthen the support of the recruitment team during the implementation of many projects from AP and the period of high headcount demand from Segment department in the last 6 months of the year.

Main tasks

  • Support to build up the master file of candidate database
  • Support to input and update newhire’s personal information
  • Support to organize and store employee profile on HR folder
  • Support in candidate screening, coordinating face-to-face interviews
  • Support to guide and monitor onboarding activities for new employees on the starting date
  • Support in the preparation of logistics operations for the Apprenticeship program
  • Check the employee hardcopy in profile to be sure all the documents need are available.
  • Support the digital P-file project: Scan documents, upload in the system.

Job requirement

Formal prerequisites for the position

  • Human oriented
  • Careful, detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong English writing and reading skills
  • Interpersonal & communication skills
  • 6-month Full-time of Internship (Working hours: 8:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
  • Candidates living in Bien Hoa are preferred
