Job requirement

Recruitment (Primary Focus – 70%)

  • Coordinate and execute recruitment activities for factory roles: operators, line leaders, helpers, technicians, etc.
  • Work closely with production supervisors and HR Manager to understand manpower needs and hiring plans.
  • Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs, community recruitment, and external partnerships (vocational schools, local labor offices).
  • Support pre-employment procedures: medical check-ups, document collection, contract preparation.

Onboarding & Documentation (15%)

  • Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation process.
  • Ensure all personnel files and labor contracts are complete and properly stored.
  • Update employee records on HR systems and ensure accurate input for attendance, position, status, etc.

HR Operations Support (15%)

  • Assist in managing daily HR tasks such as attendance tracking, probation evaluations, and resignation processes.
  • Support employee communication related to policies, recruitment updates, or company announcements.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on internal audits, labor inspections, and compliance documentation.

Job requirement

  • College or University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiar with recruitment processes for blue-collar workers.
  • Good understanding of Vietnam Labor Law related to hiring and contracts.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
