Recruitment (Primary Focus – 70%)
- Coordinate and execute recruitment activities for factory roles: operators, line leaders, helpers, technicians, etc.
- Work closely with production supervisors and HR Manager to understand manpower needs and hiring plans.
- Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates.
- Participate in job fairs, community recruitment, and external partnerships (vocational schools, local labor offices).
- Support pre-employment procedures: medical check-ups, document collection, contract preparation.
Onboarding & Documentation (15%)
- Guide new hires through onboarding and orientation process.
- Ensure all personnel files and labor contracts are complete and properly stored.
- Update employee records on HR systems and ensure accurate input for attendance, position, status, etc.
HR Operations Support (15%)
- Assist in managing daily HR tasks such as attendance tracking, probation evaluations, and resignation processes.
- Support employee communication related to policies, recruitment updates, or company announcements.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on internal audits, labor inspections, and compliance documentation.
