Recruitment & Onboarding:
Recruit employees based on departmental needs.
Source CVs, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
Confirm salaries, send job offers, and finalize start dates.
Guide new hires on company rules, collect fingerprints/face data, and assign to managers.
Employee Engagement & Administration:
Organize staff events (e.g., birthdays, awards, year-end party, farewells).
Handle staff requests/issues and consult with management.
Maintain and update employee records and profiles.
Timekeeping & Reporting:
Oversee timekeeping (official staff & casual labor).
Cross-check attendance data and report discrepancies weekly.
Report manpower hours (Vega/Non-Vega, direct/indirect) monthly.
Canteen & Logistics:
Coordinate daily and overtime meal reports with supervisors.
Arrange guest visits (transport, accommodation).
Book hotels, air tickets, and team events.
Other Tasks:
Handle email/user ID creation and deactivation.
Prepare HR documents for audits.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers.
