HRBP of Pistachios Business (50%)
Implement HR and Administrative policies and procedures for Pistachio, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with organization.
Play a key role in strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, employee retention and cost optimization.
Interact with the BOD, providing HR and Administrative updates and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Manage the overall HR and Admin budget and control expenses, support line manager on forecasting future needs.
Develop positive employee relations by effectively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
Compensation & Benefits (20%)
Verify HR Reports such as Dashboard Report, Headcount Report, Attrition Rate Report etc…
Develop and implement C&B programs and policies, including salary structure, bonus programs, benefits packages, and other rewards and recognition initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration, including communication, education, and problem resolution.
Develop and implement an HRIS system to streamline HR processes and reduce workload.
Identify and prioritize HR processes that can be automated through the HRIS system.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the HRIS system and make improvements necessary.
Talent Acquisition (20%)
Develop and implement TA operations such as Job posting, phone screening, recruitment test, interview, selection, salary dealing, job offer, etc. to timely hire the right talents for businesses or project’s requirements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Other relevant tasks: (10%)
Provide coaching and guidance to the new HR members especially in the C&B and TA function, ensuring the provision of high-quality HR services;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to HR operations and update to Superior;
Other job tasks within the HR & Admin Department assigned by the Superior.
