Gardenline has a successful 30 years operating history, commencing in 1992 as a modest import and distribution operation to become one of the leading exporters of outdoor furniture. We are looking for an experienced HR & ADMIN MANAGER who is responsible for all areas of HR field which includes C&B, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Learning and employee relation as well as active engagement and partnering with all departments to support the country’s business strategies.
A. HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interview, onboarding)
• Develop a proper recruitment plan to attract and retain talents at optimum cost.
• Responsible for effective execution of recruitment plans to meet manpower needs in Operations.
2. Compensation & Benefits:
• Conduct market research to ensure the equity between company and labor market to attract, retain and educate talents.
• Oversee attendance, leave management and payroll processing.
Labor Contract Management
· Prepare and draft labor contracts in compliance with labor law and company policies.
· Explain rights, obligations, and contract terms to employees before signing.
· Maintain contract records and monitor deadlines for renewal, termination, or amendment when necessary.
Personal Income Tax Declaration & Settlement
· Collect and verify employees’ income information.
· Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly personal income tax declarations in accordance with regulations.
· Prepare annual PIT settlement reports and work with tax authorities when required.
Social, Health, and Unemployment Insurance Management
· Register new employees for Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
· Handle employee increase/decrease reports with the Social Insurance authority.
· Prepare and submit periodic insurance declarations and related documents.
· Support employees in claiming benefits such as sick leave, maternity leave, occupational accident, and unemployment allowance.
3. HR Management:
• Build up and update company’s HR policies & procedures system to ensure the HR operation smoothly.
• Ensure daily HR activities compliance with company policies and compliance with labor law.
• Stay updated with new regulations on labor, tax, and insurance to ensure legal compliance.
4. Training & Learning:
Identifies training and development initiatives required to meet business goals. Coordinates / conducts training classes as required.
5. Employee Relation:
• Be the key contact point of internal conflict and responsible in the solving solution.
• Be key person of company culture to build-up and retain an efficient work atmosphere.
• Propose and conduct the internal activities to engage tightly the relations of employee and employer, employee and employee: YEP, Team building, newsletter….
B. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor the office expense: electric, rental, stationary…
• Ensure to maintain a healthy, safe, and clean work environment
• Be responsibility of monitoring office expense both in QN & HCM
