Job requirement

Detailed description of tasks and responsibilities:

Day-to-day office administration and assist to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

• Monitor and maintain office supplies

• Attend to guests as and when required

• Prepare documents for work permit, resident cards, and visa for expats on time as Company requested.

• Book air tickets, hotels, restaurants... for expats and employees as Company requested

• Document Management.

• Support in full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee performance management, employee training and development and employee managing.

• Minutes taking for all Committee meetings.

• Undertake task/project assigned to achieve Organisational objectives

• Plan, organize and execute office events, projects, operation & activities planning, initiatives to promote employee’s engagements, positive office cultures, celebrations, townhall, Fire evacuation training and etc.

• Manage office facilities and liaise with vendors for repairs and maintenance to ensure whole office are in tip top condition and business looking like at all times.

• Prepare HR Reports as assigned by the Country Manager and submit as per timeline;

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job requirement

Qualification Standards:

We are looking for an active, flexible, detail-oriented member with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or closely related fields.

• 1-2 years of experience as an HR-Admin with good communication skills, proactive, hard work, honesty, eagerness to learn, initiative in work, responsibility in work.

• Good computer skill (MS Office)

• Strong English communication (Speaking, Written) skills

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effective participation in team environment with an open mind.

• Willing to contribute to our company for long term.

• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
